At Spanish Inland Properties we put our customers first.
From the minute you contact us by email or telephone we will strive to answer your questions and assist you in every way possible to make your purchase smooth and hassle free.
When you come to view properties we will not try to stretch your budget. Firstly we will sit down with you and take time to learn your exact requirements. Normally we will take you to see a range of properties that fit your needs, so that by the time you complete your tour you will have a precise idea of what is available within your budget. We are only too happy to show properties a second or third time.
We will not to pressurise you into any form of purchase. We understand that your purchase is a major investment and that you will need time to consider options and implications.
We will not permit the payment of a purchase deposit until your legal representative has had time to check the property documentation and the Sales Contract to ensure the necessary protection is in place for you.
We will work with you, our customer, and your legal representative throught the entire purchase of your property and when you have made your purchase we will not walk away. We will ensure that your services are transferred to your name and continue to work with you to resolve any issues that may arise following the sale.
Buying a property in Inland Spain is not like the UK or on the Costas. Our clients normally need more support, either because of language or simply unfamiliar practices - we offer that support.
We will strive to make your purchase an enjoyable and rewarding experience.
