We never intended to buy a rural property in Spain, but we are so glad we did!!!

During the entire process Sean was on hand to answer any questions and held our hands throughout the process. Sean takes a lot of the anxiety/stress out of the process of buying and he brings an element of fun and excitement to it and he is very passionate and knowledgeable about living in rural Spain. Sean organised everything from NIE numbers / bank account and even came to pick us up on the day of signing and if Sean is unable to sort something out he always knows people who can.
When buying abroad one question that comes to mind is about trust. We would like people to know that SIP is totally trust worthy and professional. SIP is not just about making money, Sean really go the extra mile to make sure that the buyers are very happy to proceed and isn't a pushy sales person. SIP is well connected with local solicitors, banks, Spanish estate agents and people who can organise a reform, who are also very professional and trust worthy.
We would highly recommend SIP, whether your buying a million euro property or a one for 20.000 Sean gives you the same friendly professional service.
We would not advice people to buy a property in land Spain without the help of SIP, unless you want a load of stress!!
