In the shark infested world of foreign property buying it is such a relief to discover the likes of Spanish Inland Properties.
In a beautiful quiet corner of the Spanish countryside can be found this group of people who made our quest for a place in the sun possible. Using UK business practice adapted to local conditions they were able to explain in detail the full process of buying property in the area, and then do it all for us. The straight forward way of doing business and obvious integrity of the staff was refreshing and put us at our ease from the outset. We were shown a range of property, plots of land, gorgeous scenery and also the enormous potential of developing a cave - both in terms of luxury accommodation and investment.
We then drove to where we had originally intended to buy, in Extremadura. We looked at property for a couple of days and realised we were only looking at houses, and a house was no longer enough. We drove straight back to Galera and bought a cave instantly. The best thing we've ever done. Cheers Les and co.
