An enormous, charming eighteenth century town house belonging to a family of pharmacists who began their career in the same century, located in the centre of Baza.
You enter the property into a stunning traditional Andalucian courtyard (around 60m2) with fountain and pillars in the entrance area. The property needs modernisation but could be absolutely stunning, it would make a fabulous B&B as it´s situated right in the centre of the town and has a total of 7 bedrooms at present (it could easily have 15/16 bedrooms). Each floor covers around 300m2.
The property is distributed over three floors with an annex which was the local pharmacy measuring 90m2. This was previously connected to the house, and is included in the price.
