Long Term Rental of Cave House in Zujar

A lovely reformed 2 bedroom cave house just 10 minutes walk into the centre of Zujar and just a short drive to the stunning Lake Negratin.

This cave house is situated in a quiet location up a hill with good access. It has a little patio area at the front with a utility room to the right which houses the boiler and washing machine.

When you enter the cave to the left is the living area with almond husk burner, and to the right a dining table and the kitchen.

In front to the left is a double bedroom and bathroom and to the right is a dining area and another double bedroom with dressing room.

Please note:
* No pets are allowed.

* The monthly price of 350 euros does not include bills. These would need to be paid separately.

* That towels and bedding would need to be provided by the person renting.

* The person renting would need to purchase their own almond husks for the almond burner. The owner is happy to take the person renting to show them where they can be purchased (in Zujar).

* If the person renting would like to rent for a minimum period of 12 months then the rental price would decrease by 50 euros per month.

Zujar village has all the usual amenities including a weekly market on a Saturday morning. It is located beside the stunning Lake Negratin which has a few beach areas, restaurants and hot spring baths known as "Baņos de Zújar", where you can swim in natural warm thermal water, whilst enjoying the beautiful surrounding landscape. It is just 10 minutes drive from the big bustling town of Baza.

Nearest airport is Granada which is around 1h10 drive away, then Almeria which is around 1h30 and then Murcia, Alicante and Malaga.
