Three caves available to rent.

The rental caves are situated in a peaceful location with access to a fabulous large swimming pool, just a short drive from village amenities.

Caves A and B consist of an open plan kitchen, lounge/diner, large double bedroom with built in wardobe and shower room. These cost 250 euros per week per cave including bills.

Cave C consists of an open plan kitchen, lounge/diner, shower room, 2 large double bedrooms (one with a built in wardobe). This cave costs 350 euros per week including bills.

The caves have been reformed sympathetically with wooden beams and rustic touches. There is a small patio area to the front of the caves and they have access to the fantastic swimming pool which is 10 x 5m and heated by 8 solar panels giving water temperatures of between 25 and 30 degrees centigrade from May to October.

The caves maintain an ambient temperature all year round so make a cool, refreshing escape from the summer heat (without the need for air conditioning) and are warm and cosy during the winter months.

The property is set within beautiful landscaped grounds covering 17,3 acres of land.

Facilities include electric oven, microwave cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine. Hair dryer and iron available upon request.

There is ample off street parking, access is very good and the property is situated just a 10 minute drive from Cullar village which has all the usual amenities including a weekly market and communal pool.

In the local area there are 4 Natural Parks, 3 lakes and it is a beautiful area to explore.

El Margen is situated around 1h20 (135km) drive away from the coast and there are various beach areas and hot springs at Lake Negratin in Freila which is approximately 35 minutes drive (44km).
