This property is situated in a peaceful location very close to the lovely village of Galera and all of its amenities which include two banks, bars and restaurants, an infant/junior school, medical centre, a boutique hotel, small supermarkets, parks, hardware store, weekly market and a swimming pool open during the summer months.

It has great private outdoor space and parking and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside.

The local area is ideal for outdoor pursuits as there are Natural Parks, lakes and stunning mountain ranges, and even a ski resort open during the winter months in the wonderful city of Granada which is only 1h30 drive away.

The coast is around 1h30 drive away, there are beach areas at Lake Negratin which is just 45 minutes drive away and the nearest airport is Granada.
