Sean Lummis is the Managing Director of Spanish Inland Properties
Before moving to Spain, Sean used to live in Chelmsford, Essex working for a shipping company in Barking. He met Sally, who also works for Spanish Inland Properties in 2003. They both had the same dream to move to Spain so bought a property from Spanish Inland Properties in 2004 and moved to Huéscar in March 2005. The property was decorated to a Spanish standard so needed lots of renovation work to make it liveable and after 7 months of very hard physical work, Sally and Sean moved in. The knowledge gained during this time certainly helps Sean advise clients from first hand experience.
Whilst renovating the cave, Sean and Sally became very good friends with Craig, Sharon and Les Edwards and were offered jobs with the company. In 2014 Les decided to take a back seat so Sean has now taken over the company Spanish Inland Properties. Sean really enjoys his work matching the right property to clients and his enthusiasm for cave houses and this area of Spain is never-ending. You will find Sean to be very helpful, honest and nothing is too much trouble for him.
Sean's experience, contacts and knowledge of the properties for sale and areas make him a fantastic estate agent, he offers a very personal service and he speaks English and Spanish.
